Club Success: Three Bridges Cricket Club
Chambers Coaching has a long and successful history with Three Bridges CC, spanning nearly a decade.
Highlights include:
- 2016 & 2017: Helped the 2nd XI win back-to-back Sussex T20 Cups
- 2024: Returned as the club’s inaugural Club Coach
- 3 of 4 senior teams promoted
- 2nd XI crowned champions
- 1st XI placed 3rd in ECB Premier League
- Titans T20 team won the Sussex Slam Cup
A central part of this success has been developing junior players into key senior contributors — underscoring a long-term approach to talent growth.
Resilience Through Cricket – Mo’s Story
In spring 2024, we welcomed Mohammad Asif (“Mo”), a young Afghan asylum seeker with limited opportunity but strong passion for cricket. Under dedicated coaching and commitment:
- Mo hit 43 (22 balls)* to win the Sussex Slam final with a six off the last ball
- Scored 50 (25 balls)* in the semi-final
- Earned his place in the 2nd XI through commitment and 1:1 coaching

Women's Cricket
Between 2020 and 2023, Chambers Coaching led female player development at South Nutfield CC and Horley CC.

- Progressing a junior player into the Sussex talent pathway
